A Cairns taxi driver who spent several days in the city while infectious has created more headaches for contact tracers.

New locations were added to the list of exposure sites on Sunday, and a general alert was issued for passengers who used Cairns Taxis at certain times over a number of days.

Brothers Leagues Club in Cairns was added to the list, joining dozens of exposure sites in the state's south.

Authorities are urging members of the public to check the Queensland Health contact tracing sites list regularly for updates.

See the health advice in the below table (click "More" if you are on a mobile device) to learn what to do if you have visited any of the sites rated as close contact, casual contact or low-risk contact.
