The Tate Modern is on lockdown after a medical emergency this afternoon.
An air ambulance has landed near the art gallery on the south bank of the River Thames in London. Two ambulances have also been pictured nearby.
There are unconfirmed reports a person fell from the 10th floor balcony or viewing gallery.
Tate Modern officials have been approached for comment. Met Police officers are also at the scene.

At 2.55pm someone inside the gallery tweeted: "I’m stuck in the tate modern they won’t let anyone leave".
An air ambulance was pictured landing minutes later.
Greg Ritchie wrote on Twitter: "Nobody being allowed in or out of the Tate Modern for the last 20 minutes.
"Plenty of police and ambulances arriving, and a helicopter just landed. Not clear what’s happened".
At 3.22pm one exit was opened at the art gallery.
