Tasmanian is expanding its Pfizer coronavirus vaccine rollout to include people in their 30s.
State vaccination clinics will open to the cohort from Monday, with people able to make bookings from Saturday.
"We want to do more," Premier Peter Gutwein told reporters.
More than 23 per cent of eligible Tasmanians are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, compared to about 17.5 per cent nationally.
More than 47 per cent of the island's eligible population have had their first dose.
Mr Gutwein said the state would form a working group with Victoria and the Northern Territory to implement the four-step pandemic roadmap agreed to by national cabinet.
Tasmania, which hasn't had a community virus case since May last year, is handing out a second round of $300 travel vouchers to locals in order to boost the tourism industry.
The ballot will open on August 5 and run until August 9, with randomly allocated winners to be notified on August 11.
"This will be a balanced system where people will have time to lodge their interest," Mr Gutwein said of the $7.5 million scheme.
"It will be a breakdown of $200 towards accommodation and $100 towards tourism experiences or rental car hire."
