An aggressive Jordan Silk has cracked a century as Tasmania put a stranglehold on Queensland in their Sheffield Shield game.
Silk was unbeaten on 100 as the Tasmanians declared at 6-500 at tea on day two in Adelaide.
Silk registered his ton from 131 balls in the final over before the break and the Tigers declared when he reached his milestone.
The righthander scored 90 runs in Friday's middle session at Karen Rolton Oval, leading the charge as Tasmania chased quick runs heading into the interval.
Silk's eighth first-class century featured a dozen fours while opener Tim Ward, in just his second first-class match, top-scored with 144.

Silk combined with Beau Webster (39) and Mac Wright (25no) in handy partnerships.
Silk and Webster put on 89 for the sixth wicket before a rapid unbroken 78-run stand with Wright in just 10 overs.
Their feats followed the 23-year-old Ward, who moved from Sydney last year to join Tasmania on a rookie contract, and nightwatchman Lawrence Neil-Smith (28) frustrating Queensland's bowlers in the opening session.
Ward and Neil-Smith combined in a 54-run union before Neil-Smith, who struck two fours and a six, was dismissed by paceman Michael Neser (2-60).
Just two balls later Ward's impressive knock - a maiden first-class ton featuring 19 fours from 343 balls - ceased when he was trapped leg before wicket by Bulls left-arm spinner Matt Kuhnemann.
Kuhnemann finished with 1-151 from 51.2 overs with fast bowler Mark Steketee (2-87 from 27 overs) the other wicket-taker.
