Tartan Army pile into pubs around Scotland ahead of Croatia Euro 2020 crunch match

Excited Scotland fans have poured into boozers around the country ahead of tonight's must win clash against Croatia.

The Tartan Army have been spotted out in force in Glasgow as loyal fans draped themselves in Scotland flags and kilts before the 8pm kickoff.

Supporters have started to gather in George Square as others headed to the Euro Fan Zone at Glasgow Green.

Some played a spontaneous football match of their own as fans soaked up the sun and enjoyed a few pints in the good weather.

Others were spotted wearing Scotland tops in Edinburgh's Grassmarket as the country hopes for a win at Hampden tonight.

While boozers around George Square filled up with dedicated supporters, others took the chance to sunbathe in the square before the clash.

Croatia fans were also spotted out and about in the city centre today as supporters travelled to city to watch the match.

Supporters wore football tops and travelled with the flag of Croatia as they enjoyed some beverages at pubs on George Square.

With midfielder Billy Gilmour out of the game due to a positive Covid test, fans didn't let this dampen their sprits as the atmosphere in Glasgow ramped up with under two hours till kickoff.

A win for either side will ensure progression into the knockout stages of Euro 2020.
