Leo Varadkar has admitted that he would not have voted for Donald Trump if he was able to vote in the 2016 US presidential election.
The billionaire businessman shocked the world just over three years ago by pipping Hillary Clinton in a tight presidential race.
And the Taoiseach told The Sunday World that he'd have chosen Clinton over the tycoon if he had the choice.
"I don't think so, no," he replied when asked would he vote for Trump.
And when quizzed on if Clinton would have had his vote, he said: "If I had a vote, yeah."
The 40-year-old visited Trump in the White House alongside his partner Matt Barrett in March.

And the Dublin politician hasn't ruled out marriage in the future, but said he hasn't put much thought into it.
He also said he doesn't know whether his work schedule would be suitable for raising children.
He added: "I'm not ruling it out but I haven't given it much consideration."
"I don't know how I'd find time for family. I admire people who have families, because I just don't know how to juggle working a career and a family as well."
