Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has posed for a photo with well-known TV host Jimmy Fallon while in New York.
Mr Varadkar is currently in the States to promote investment opportunities with Ireland.
He posted an image from the set of the popular chat-show to his Instagram page.
The Taoiseach captioned it: "Live from New York! Had a very good meeting with NBC in NYC about production opportunities in Ireland.
"Also had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy Fallon, an absolute gentleman who’s very proud of his Irish heritage."
Varadkar also met representatives from NBC to discuss TV production opportunities in Ireland.
On Wednesday the Taoiseach travelled to Los Angeles for a two-day trade mission focused on promoting tourism, trade and investment opportunities between Ireland and the US.
The audio-visual sector is worth over €1billion to the Irish economy, while the film, TV and animation sectors are worth almost €700m.
Mr Varadkar will meet senior executives chiefs from some of the world’s leading streaming companies, studios and networks, including Netflix, Hulu, Skydance and Fox Searchlight.
