Tanya Bardsley's online cookery class thrown in chaos after being gatecrashed by family with husband Phil in his underpants

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley had good intentions when she set out to make a sugar free chocolate cake in an online cook-along with fans, but the class ended up in chaos when she was gatecrashed by her family.

The reality star was joined in the kitchen by her kids, her Premier League footballer husband Phil and her mum Julie, and it turned out to be wonderfully chaotic.

Tanya hosted a cooking live session at home along with nutritionist Leisa Cockayne.

She mum-of-four invited fans to cook along with her on Instagram as she made a guilt-free sweet treat from Leisa's book 7 Day Sugar Cleanse.

Burnley footballer Phil larked around in the kitchen and their eldest son Rocco posted comments from elsewhere in the house as her family pulled up ringside seats to judge Tanya's cake making skills.

"Stop commenting on my live cheeky monkey," Tanya scolded Rocco.

Tanya's dad then added to the comments by telling her to make a 'Wigan Pie.'

And Tanya swatted Phil away as he waved a ready made dessert n front of the camera while she struggled to add Leisa to the session.

With the class finally underway there was more distraction as the camera panned to reveal Phil in his underpants.

"Put that away, it's not that kind of show," laughed Leisa as Tanya added: "Philly with the big w****."

There was another hilarious moment when Leisa said her book was available from the Book Depository and Tanya thought she was talking about having a suppository.

"The Book Depository!" exclaimed Leisa.

"You won't need a supposity after this fibre."

And as their youngest son Ralphi, five, helped his mum to mix the ingredients including dates, vanilla and cacao, down-to-earth Tanya warned: "Don't put your fingers in there because I don't know if you've washed your hands."

Explaining why she wanted a sugar detox Tanya, 40, said: ""I've got a sugar belly coming on so I need to cut down."

And she told Leisa: "I end up like an eggs with arms and legs. I need to cut down on the sugar more."

Leisa told her that the warning signs of too much sugar are constant cravings and mid-morning and mid afternoon slumps while the body tries to pump out insulin.

"Is that why I get moody with Phil?" she asked.

At the end of the class, as she prepared to out her creation in the fridge to set, she said: "If I can do this anyone can."

Tanya is one of the original cast members who joined The Real Housewives in 2015 and she's back on our screens for the 14th series of the hit ITVBe reality show.

In August she suffered a health scare when she was taken ill on a photoshoot and was rushed to hospital.

Tanya explained she had collapsed from stress from 'over working and basically trying to be perfect in every area of my life - mum, wife, business woman, carer for poorly relatives.'
