Tanguy Ndombele addresses his future amid Manchester United and Man City links

Tanguy Ndombele admits he has still not decided on his transfer future amid reports linking him with moves to either Manchester United or Man City.

The Lyon midfielder continues to be linked with a move away from the French side in the summer transfer window following an impressive season which saw him make 34 appearances as his side finished third in Ligue 1.

Ndombele started for France on Sunday afternoon as they defeated Bolivia 2-0 in an international friendly match, and after the game he was asked about his future.

“As I told my agents and the club, I’m not fixed yet, I did not make a decision,” Ndombele told French newspaper Le Progres.

“Of course I could see myself staying with Lyon, the club will be in the Champions League.

“But I’ve not asked the question to stay or not and I’ve not spoken with the new staff.”

Speaking earlier in the season Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas admitted that he would have no problem with Ndombele making a move to domestic rivals Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

"I am in negotiations with the biggest European clubs and I revived the PSG talks myself to tell them to make sure not to feel excluded," Aulas said.

"I thought it was time to give PSG direction because PSG will gain more to use French clubs.

"If PSG aligns with the proposals we have and Tanguy agrees, obviously it would be nice if he goes to PSG."
