Tana Ramsay said she couldn't have gone through the heartbreak of losing a baby without Gordon.
The mum-of-five, 46, gushed over her supportive TV chef husband for being her rock during their time together.
In 2016, Gordon told the world his wife had lost her baby five months into her pregnancy.
Now Tana said there was "no way" she could have coped with the heartache without Gordon by her side.
She said on Tuesday's Loose Women: "I lost a baby in 2016 and Gordon was with me. There was no way I could have done it without him.
"He was there when I had Oscar, 19 months ago. You have to do what suits you [in regards to having birth].
"Gordon and I are good at communicating."
Previously, Tana said the couple had made the joint decision for Gordon not to be present when she gave birth to her first four children.
However, Gordon was present for the couple's fifth baby Oscar just 19 months ago.
She explained: "It's such a personal decision when you have a baby.
"The way I and Gordon felt, he wasn't with me, when I gave birth to Meg or the girls. But now we're older...
"I'm more of a private person.
"Losing our little boy Rocky and sharing my experiences has brought more people forward to tell me about their experiences. I've found this comforting."
Tana and Gordon are proud parents to their five children Matilda, Oscar, Jack, Megan and Holly.
