Tamzin Outhwaite tweets about being 'brutally broken' as 'cheating' ex plans to re-marry

Tamzin Outhwaite has tweeted about being 'brutally broken' as her ex gears up to marry again.

The EastEnders actress divorced Tom Ellis, 40, in 2014 after he allegedly confessed to an affair with his Once Upon A Time co-star Emilie de Ravin.

And the Lucifer actor is set to marry US actress Meaghan Oppenheimer, 32, any time now.

Taking to Twitter , Tamzin, 48, shared a quote from actor Keanu Reeves which read, "If you have been brutally broken but still have the courage to be gentle to other living beings, then you're a badass with a heart of an angel."

And today she added another meme reading, "grudges are for those who insist that they are owed something; forgiveness, however, is for those who are substantial enough to move on."

Tom and Tamzin married in 2006 but split after Tom starred alongside Emilie, who played Claire Littleton in Lost.

While Tamzin has refused to directly address the cheating rumours, she did say that whatever happened was more serious than a one-off hook up.

"I wouldn't not be with my husband over a one-night stand is all I'll say," she told Essentials magazine.

"I will tell them [the children] exactly what happened and it will come from me. He's still their dad and they still have a relationship."

She has since moved in with actor boyfriend Tom Child, 27, with friends saying she's 'smitten'.
