Tamzin Outhwaite has cryptically bid farewell to 'wasted emotions' and vowed to surround herself with positivity as her 'cheating' ex celebrates his wedding shower.
The EastEnders actress divorced Tom Ellis, 40, in 2014 after he allegedly confessed to an affair with his Once Upon A Time co-star Emilie de Ravin.
And yesterday, British actor Tom celebrated his forthcoming wedding to US star Meaghan Oppenheimer, 32, at the house of Kate Beckinsale's ex husband, Len Wiseman.
Tom - who plays the lead in TV drama Lucifer - and his bride-to-be quaffed George Clooney's tequila Casamigos as they posted a slew of love-up snaps from the festivities.
"Thank you so much @casamigos #houseoffriends for hosting our little wedding shower yesterday. And for @lenwiseman for letting us trash his pad. And @moppyoppenheimer for looking so beautiful and loving me so good. #happy #hungover,' he wrote on Instagram .
And now Tamzin, 48, who has daughter Marnie, 10, and Florence, five, with her ex, said she's focusing only on the good things in life.
She posted a quote by Eckhart Tolle which read, "The future, the worry, the regret, the anxiety - these are all mental events that do not have to be part of the difficulty of life; these can be transcended here and now."
Echoing the sentiment, she captioned it, "All wasted emotions and feelings. They help nothing and nobody. Eradicating them from daily life is the key.
"I know when I feel anxious or worried it’s easy to get negative. Surround yourself with positivity..."
Tom and Tamzin married in 2006 but split after Tom starred alongside Emilie, who played Claire Littleton in Lost.
While Tamzin has refused to directly address the cheating rumours, she did say that whatever happened was more serious than a one-off hook up.
"I wouldn't not be with my husband over a one-night stand is all I'll say," she told Essentials magazine.
"I will tell them [the children] exactly what happened and it will come from me. He's still their dad and they still have a relationship."
She has since moved in with actor boyfriend Tom Child, 27, with friends saying she's 'smitten'.
