Talking Point: Should companies offer paid leave for menopause and periods?

ASOS have made headlines this week for offering employees ten days of paid leave for menopause.

A statement from the company said the policy will “enable Asosers to take the time away from work that they need, while also increasing awareness of the impact of such common life events”.
