Talking Point: Are you in favour of Covid vaccine passports for the theatre, concerts and other events?

Today’s Talking Point

An exclusive poll for the Standard today revealed that two thirds of London respondents are in favour of Covid passports.

According to the results, 67 per cent of people would use the passports if it meant they could go to the theatre, concerts and sporting events.

The certification is expected to involve an app that shows if someone has been vaccinated, has antibodies or has recently taken a negative Covid test.

But are you in favour of Covid passports if it means you can go to events? Let us know in the comments below for your chance to be featured in tomorrow’s Talking Point.

Still, some said yes - including “sarahswlon” and “longylala” - while Val Davon pointed out that “it should make everyone take extra precautions, but they probably won’t.”
