An exclusive poll in the Evening Standard today revealed that over half of Londoners are worried about using the tube after Covid.

In the poll by YouGov, 23% said they would feel “not at all comfortable” using the London Underground, while 30% were “not very comfortable.”

In fact, the tube was the mode of transport that people had least confidence in , with only 10% saying they would feel “very” comfortable while travelling.

The poll follows Boris Johnson’s announcement that work from home guidance will likely end on June 21, marking a potential return to central London for commuters.

But would you feel confident travelling on the tube, for work or otherwise? Let us know in the comments for the chance to be featured in tomorrow’s Talking Point.
