The Indianapolis Colts returned to the practice field Wednesday for the second week of organized team activities (OTAs).
While Kenny Moore II wasn’t a participant at the voluntary workouts for the second week in a row, we did see the return of safety Julian Blackmon, who practiced for the first time since tearing his Achilles in October.
