Popular Edinburgh eatery Civerinos have hatched a fantastic idea for those who want to do something different with their Easter egg this year.
Rather than bashing the chocolate treat into countless tiny pieces and hoovering them up from here there and everywhere, you can now eat your Easter treat in style.
The Italian pizza bar and restaurant say that people can bring their egg into any of their eateries – and they'll turn it into an amazing chocolate calzone.
And it's all in aid of a good cause with the £5 it costs going straight to Edinburgh North East Foodbank.
Civerinos, famous for their New York style wood fired pizzas, will simply take your chocolate egg, bash it up into small pieces using a hammer and lay the pieces out on one of their tasty dough bases before folding over and firing it in the oven to create the perfect sweet treat.
People can take advantage of the offer at their three locations, on Hunter Square at the Royal Mile, on Forrest Road and at their pizza bar The High Dive on St Leonard's Street for the rest of the month.
