The days are stretching longer now, and seeing the first pops of spring color in the garden and outdoor spaces is making us more than a little giddy. As a keen gardener who needs no encouragement to buy more plants, I'd also love to hear your favorite spring flower.
I'll go first: the lightly scented, butter-yellow daffodils in my front yard are currently making me extremely happy, but I'm already looking ahead to late spring, when the short shoots sprouting from my peonies will bear coral and pink blooms at last.
