Take part in our Leeds General Election poll - who are you voting for?

The 2019 General Election has almost arrived.

After weeks of heated debates, speeches, door knocks and smears, the British public will head to the polls to decide who should run our country on Thursday, December 12.

Eight parliamentary seats are up for grabs in Leeds and competition is particularly fierce in the marginal constituencies of Pudsey, Leeds North West and Morley and Outwood.

Since the election was announced, LeedsLive has been urging people to vote in our poll (shown below) to get a sense of the public opinion in Leeds.

At the time of writing, the Conservatives are leading the way with 38 per cent of the vote and Labour are in second with 32 per cent.

The poll will close at 4pm today, so please cast your vote before then.
