"Take my money now!" West Ham fans are in love with the stunning 2019/20 new kits

West Ham officially launched two new kits for the 2019/20 season on Thursday morning and the reaction to them has been overwhelmingly positive among the fans.

The stunning kits are inspired by the Hammers 1980 FA Cup winning strips as worn by Sir Trevor Brooking, Billy Bonds and Co on that famous day at Wembley.

The two new shirts have gone down an absolute treat among the fanbase and after some scepticism when the Hammers penned a new deal with kit manufacturer Umbro a few weeks ago, the kit guys have delivered the goods.

The home shirt features a claret V-neck and sky blue chest, including a tonal stripe design, sky blue sleeves and claret cuffs. What is a bit controversial about the new kit is that the shorts are claret and not white.

The away kit though is an absolute stunner and will bring back memories of that cup final day with an all white strip from top to bottom.

Below is some the best reaction to the new kits on social media this morning.

Hammers skipper Mark Noble said of the new kits: "To wear this shirt, especially with the West Ham badge on it – it takes an honest player, hard-working, a player that leaves everything on the pitch and plays for the crest on the shirt.

"When you play for this Club, you join a family and players do realise that this is not just an ordinary Football Club, this is a great Football Club, with a great history, and the shirt represents just that."

The new kits are available to pre-order now at officialwesthamstore.com and if you do that, you will get the your new purchase before they hit the stores on June 13.
