Take a tour of the most popular rental property in Nottingham right now

When the HSBC bank in Netherfield closed in 2015 there was naturally sadness at the loss of an amenity and speculation about what the building would be turned into.

What it turned out to be has become, in part, the most popular rental property in Nottingham this week, according to property website Zoopla.

The building has been converted into a mix of commercial and residential properties and it is one of the apartments that has taken the crown of ‘most viewed rental property in Nottingham’.

Being let by Belvoir Nottingham, the unfurnished one-bed has clocked up a staggering 2,327 page views in the last 30 days.

The apartment is being let at £450 pcm.

The letting agent states: “These high-quality apartments have been cleverly constructed within the fabric of the HSBC Bank building that formerly occupied this site – even the original safe remains and has since been re-purposed as the meter cupboard!”
