Sneak peek at Leeds United's plans for their massive city centre party

Take a look behind the scenes at what is going on in Millennium Square ahead of Leeds United’s massive centenary party.

Tomorrow is the club’s 100th birthday and as part of a big programme events there’s a big free public celebration planned at the Leeds city centre venue.

Running between 3pm and 6.30pm the crowd will be treated to appearances by the first team and club legends as well as live music performances.

Today, we saw crews putting the stage together for the festivities. The centrepiece coloured in blue and gold features the Leeds United badge and the slogan ‘marching on together for 100 years’.

Lots of supporters are expected at the city centre centenary with the allocation of free passes being quickly snapped up when they were made available earlier this week.

For those not going, we’ll be on site at Millennium Square for the big bash as part of our comprehensive coverage commemorating Leeds United’s 100th birthday.
