Take a look at what these Nottingham schools were like when they opened

Schools in Nottingham have seen big changes over recent years, with many becoming academies and relatively few being run by the council.

As a result of all the big changes that have taken place, some schools have ceased to exist and have gone to the big Ofsted in the sky.

Others, meanwhile have been amalgamated, taken over, or redeveloped to such an extent that they bear little resemblance to the schools that originally existed.
