A newly-built business centre in North Berwick is the first in the area to offer flexible, pay-as-you-go desk space to small and medium-sized businesses alongside hot desk facilities for commuters and freelancers in the county.
The centre on Heugh Road offers a range of two to six-person offices, 22 fixed desks and a number of co-working options.
Special rates for commuters to the capital are also available, enabling those who normally travel to Edinburgh to work a day or two closer to home.
The Lighthouse also offers informal and formal meeting spaces, comfortable break-out areas, showers, kitchen facilities and specialised coffee supplied from local café Steam Punk .
With views of North Berwick Law, the wee centre is a whole lot more peaceful than a rushed morning commute on a Scotrail train to Edinburgh.
