New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was officially charged today with two misdemeanor counts of first-degree solicitation, according to Palm Beach State Attorney Dave Aronberg.
The police claim Kraft was caught on camera soliciting prostitution at a day spa in Jupiter, Florida. While Kraft has denied the allegations, the report is pretty damning.

It’s still hard for Patriots fans to fathom this news. It’s like finding out your father (or grandfather) was a dirty old man. You can say it doesn’t have any effect on the team and what they accomplished this year, but the fact is that the Patriots finally seemed to be putting distance between themselves and the whole Deflategate nonsense. Kraft just opened the floodgates for more memes and jokes about his team. Can’t say anyone should feel sorry for him, though.
