Glasgow families came together last night to watch as 'Scotland’s Favourite Building’ turned on their Christmas lights.
Princes Square in the city centre unveiled their spectacular decorations for 2019 - and Santa Claus himself even made an appearance too.
Saint Nick was on hand to flip the switch, cheered on by dozens of little helpers from across the city.
The event was accompanied by entertainment from Shine Music Theatre Group and an afternoon of festive activity including cocktail classes, bauble making, winter storytelling and festive face painting.
The centre was named as Scotland’s Favourite Building in a public vote held by the Royal Incorporation of Architects, and their big light switch on is always a major highlight of the festive calander.
