Take a look around Sefton Park ready for Cream Classical in the Park and LIMF

Preparation for LIMF 2019 and is well underway as Sefton Park sees the return of the popular festival this weekend.

The park will also host Cream Classical in the Park tonight for the first time ever, with 20 DJs performing alongside a 50-piece orchestra.

LIMF, which was free to attend until 2018, returns this weekend for its seventh year with more than 70 acts across four stages - including Chic & Nile Rodgers.

We've taken a look around the site as it prepares for the two huge music festivals - and even spotted some rehearsals along the way.

Ahead of the festivals there are food and drink stalls set up around the site, including Halloumi Fries and much more, while the tents are already set up, the stages are set and the ferris wheel stands tall in the centre of the field.

On Saturday and Sunday the site will also home to an Arriva bus and enormous letters spelling out LIMF dedicated to world-renowned artist Keith Haring, and a huge family zone.

For stage times, road closures and everything in between, here’s everything you need to know for LIMF .
