Take a look around Nottingham's creepiest bar as The Magic Garden is transformed

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Zombies, skeletons, mummies and gravestones have transformed The Magic Garden into The Haunted Garden.

As Halloween fast approaches, the outdoor bar in Low Pavement has been given a creepy, spine-tingling makeover.

The hidden garden is at the rear of a grade II listed Georgian townhouse which was previously a Jamie's Italian restaurant.

The petrifying decor means it's not just the colder temperatures that will be giving drinkers the chills after dark - but it is ghoulishly good fun.

Fancy dress is encouraged, with children welcome before 6pm on weekdays.

Martyn Cooling, brand development and marketing manager, said: “It's great fun doing the Halloween decor every year and having such a big open space allows our imagination to run wild.

"We look forward to people discovering some of the hidden features and exploring our spooky surroundings."

Drinkers have until October 31 to enjoy the spooky surroundings after which they will be cleared away ready for an exciting new theme that has yet to be announced.
