Taekwondo, tantrums and titles... Josh Taylor's journey from fishing town to world glory

Josh Taylor can do what no British boxer has ever done and become a four-belt world champion this weekend.

The Scot will take on fellow super-lightweight ruler Jose Ramirez in Las Vegas in the early hours of Sunday morning.

And while all the talk has been of Tyson Fury taking on Anthony Joshua to determine the undisputed heavyweight world champion, it is Taylor who can grab the headlines first.

To mark the occasion, Mirror Fighting has traced his steps from his childhood in the fishing town of Prestonpans in Scotland to the moment he turned professional.

Taylor didn't start boxing until his teenage years but he has been fast-tracked ever since and now stands as one of the best fighters his country has produced.
