Dan Sheehan, who was absent for the game, will continue his hamstring rehab under the Ireland medical team's supervision.

Cian Healy, Tadhg Furlong, Robbie Henshaw and Jamison Gibson-Park will continue their respective rehab programmes and Farrell hopes to potentially two of them will be available for the next Six Nations fixture on Saturday week against Italy in Rome.

Twelve players have been released this week back to their provinces and could feature in next weekend's URC fixtures.

Andy Farrell has retained 25 players for the mini-camp on Thursday and Friday at the IRFU's high performance centre in Abbotstown.

The Ireland coaching group will retain 25 players for the two day mini-camp at the IRFU’s High Performance Centre later this week while the remainder of the squad have returned to their provinces to play in this weekend’s URC fixtures.

The Ireland squad will train with Richie Murphy’s Ireland under-20s during the camp. The under-20s have also won both of their opening Six Nations games.
