Taco Bell set to re-open Nottingham restaurant - here's all you need to know

Fast food restaurant Taco Bell is to re-open nine of its 45 UK restaurants - including one in Nottingham.

But it will be a limited service with delivery only.

A statement says: "The brand has been inundated with requests from customers to re-open and understands that there is still an appetite for food that’s accessible, affordable, and craveable.

"To open responsibly, Taco Bell has created new social distancing processes and enhanced restaurant safety procedures for team members and delivery partners, in order to ensure an end-to-end contactless experience and the safest environment possible."

Fans can order their Taco Bell favourites via Deliveroo and UberEats, with free delivery on Tuesday, May 5, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo - the annual commemoration of the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire in 1862.

Click and collect is likely to be up and running in coming weeks, with up-to-date opening information at the company's website.

To say a huge thank you to NHS heroes, Taco Bell restaurants have donated hundreds of meals in partnership with Deliveroo.
