Taco Bell is giving away free tacos, despite England's Euros loss

England may have missed out on this years Euros trophy, but fans can still get a, uh, free taco.

Originally promised on the condition of England winning the tournament, Taco Bell have decided to stay true to the offer, despite last night's tragic loss by penalty shootout

What was meant to accompany jubilation will now help to mend broken hearts, as all 63 of Taco Bell's UK stores are taking part in the promotion.

The offer lasts all day on Tuesday July 13, with Brits - the offer extends to Wales and Scotland - entitled to a free Crunchy Taco to celebrate England's historic performance.

“We wanted to provide football fans across the UK with something to cheer this week," said Gino Casciani, General Manager at Taco Bell UK

"England fans should be proud of their country and their own support, and we want to thank them the best way we know how.”

Taco Bell's Deansgate restaurant has now closed, but you can still find one inside the Arndale food court.
