Munmun Dutta, who plays the role of Babita ji in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, hasn't had it easy post her knee accident during Europe tour in November last year. The actress is now gradually getting back to her fitness routine and shared on Instagram that she plans to lose the extra kilos she has put on during the last few months.
Munmun posted a mirror selfie on social media in which she can be seen at the gym. She revealed in the post how the healing process has been difficult for her but she is easing into it slowly.
She wrote, "Getting back slowly into my fitness regime post my knee accident. Healing has been difficult but I am getting there. It still pains but I am looking forward to shedding the extra kilos and getting back to being fitter and healthier again."
In November last year, Munmun went on a trip to Europe. The actress enjoyed her stay in Switzerland and then travelled to Germany. It is just then that she met with an accident that caused a knee injury. She was forced to cut short her trip and return to India.
The actress, who is much loved for playing the role of Iyer's (Tanuj Mahashabde) wife in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been travelling across India ever since for events and shoots. It remains to be seen when she'd go on another of her international solo trips.
