The latest chapter in the J.J. Watt free agency tea-leaves-reading was someone finding what was thought to be the defensive end’s Peloton profile.
It was in the bio on that page that “kJWatt” listed “GB…CLE…BUF,” what could be the final three teams he was down to in his decision on where to sign.
But Watt himself weighed in not long after NFL fans went nuts over this absurdity — the free agent tweeted, “I don’t own a bike. stop,” putting out the social media speculation. Now there are jokes about how kJWatt fooled us all.
That includes one from J.J.’s brother T.J. Watt, the Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end who has delivered some gems on Twitter about all this as of late:
