
Fighting in Syria may have eased, but many refugees still aren't returning home. Last year, the Syrian regime passed a new law known as Law 10, allowing it to take assets - including houses - away from residents who used to live in neighbourhoods once controlled by the rebels. This controversial law is discouraging families from returning to Syria. Our colleagues from France 2 report, with FRANCE 24's James Vasina.
