As the conflict in Syria reaches the four-year mark, it’s estimated that six million Syrians are living in besieged areas or are internally displaced inside the country, according to the International Red Cross. Another three million refugees have fled the fighting and are now living in neighbouring countries; Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq and Egypt and beyond.

We’d like to hear from those affected by the conflict in Syria. You maybe a refugee yourself or have relatives in Syria. Perhaps you’re an aid worker or working with a humanitarian organisation. However you’re involved, we’d like you to share your experiences and tell us how your situation has changed over time and your hopes for the future.

We’d also like to hear from people who’re living in neighbouring countries. After four years, what are the effects of hosting refugees in your country? Has public opinion changed over time?
