A "deeply entrenched" syndicate has been busted after dozens of people were charged with hundreds of offences and drugs worth millions seized, police say.

Dramatic footage on Friday was released of drug raids in central Queensland as part of a nine-month police operation that also seized $1 million in cash.

Police video shows a vehicle driving through a Gladstone property's front gate before an officer runs out and wrenches open a security screen, before kicking in the front door.

The footage also features another door being kicked in before a number of people found inside are forced to lay face down, as officers rush in and start unpacking multiple bags of what appear to be drugs from boxes.

Twenty-five people were charged with 235 offences, including 11 for drug trafficking, during the operation that targeted a "long-standing drug supply syndicate" in the Gladstone region.

More than $3 million worth of drugs was seized, police said.

Crime scenes were established at two Gladstone residences and bushland in the region was extensively searched.

It led to the seizure of more than 7.5kg of methylamphetamine, 300g of cocaine, 360 pounds of cannabis and other illicit substances.

Multiple vehicles were also seized, along with "other assets used in the commission of crime".

"We are confident that Operation Promontory has successfully dismantled a deeply entrenched drug syndicate, significantly disrupting the supply of illicit drugs in the Gladstone region," Detective Senior Sergeant Brett Richard said.

"There is no place for illicit drugs within our community, and investigators will continue to hold offenders to account."
