Sylvester Stallone Teaches Daughters Self-Defense With Navy Seals Training

Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone takes self-defense very seriously, as evidenced by his actions with his daughters. During an episode of 'The Family Stallone,' it was revealed that Stallone gave his daughter, Sistine, a 'little knife' to take to school and even had them practice using pepper spray on each other. He also placed a knife in Sistine's backpack when she was in fourth grade.

Stallone took Sistine and her sister, Sophia, to a self-defense class with Defense Strategies Group, emphasizing the importance of being prepared for any situation. The training session involved former Navy SEALS teaching the girls self-defense techniques, including practicing punches with boxing gloves.

While Sophia questioned the practicality of the training in New York, Sistine humorously pointed out that it could come in handy on a first date. She even received a message from one of the trainers on Instagram, though she noted that she wasn't his type due to her body type.

Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have decided to permanently relocate to Palm Beach, Florida, to be closer to their youngest daughter, Scarlet, who is attending the University of Miami. The decision to move was made after careful consideration, with Stallone acknowledging his wife's desire for a new adventure as empty-nesters.

The move to Florida marks a significant change for the family, as they leave behind their home in California. Stallone, known for iconic roles in movies like 'Rocky' and 'Rambo,' is a dedicated father to his children, including his two sons from his first marriage.
