Sylvester Stallone slashes price of his Beverly Hills mansion featuring cigar room and life-size Rocky statue

Legendary Hollywood actor Sylvester “Sly” Stallone has reduced the price of his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion by more than £18 million in an effort to find a buyer.

For sale earlier this year for £79.4 million, the Rocky star’s six-bedroom home in the exclusive North Beverly Park enclave is now on the market for £61.3 million through Hamptons.

Custom features befitting Stallone’s glittering career — spanning 50 years and counting — include a professional screening room, a cigar room with air-filtration system, and a memorabilia room with life-size Rocky statue.

In addition to the main house there's a two-bedroom guesthouse, a gym, infinity pool, bar and eight-car garage with art studio, all on a plot of 3.5 acres.

The next owner of Stallone's Mediterranean-style property will count Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg and the Biebers among celebrity locals.

In an elevated position in the gated and guard complex, and at the end of a long driveway, the house offers maximum privacy for its A-list residents — with Los Angeles city and canyon views from the house, pool and manicured grounds.
