Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin's divorce 'officially dismissed' by judge

Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin's divorce has been officially dismissed by a judge, according to reports.

The Rocky actor, 76, and his 52-year-old wife reportedly decided to reconcile two weeks ago.

And now, a judge is said to have dismissed the the Rambo star and his wife's divorce proceedings, the actor's attorney's informed Page Six.

Mirror has contacted Sylvester's representatives for comment.

Meanwhile, a separate source claimed to the publication the couple are "together and very happy".

The couple were spotted on a cosy date night on Thursday, walking arm in arm as they left The Polo Bar Ralph Lauren Restaurant in New York.

Actor Sylvester's representatives for Stallone revealed the couple were "able to work out their differences" and called off their divorce earlier this week.

A source told People: "They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences. They are both extremely happy."

Last month, Jennifer had filed a petition "for dissolution of marriage and other relief".

She alleged that Stallone "engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate," which he denied.

After the filing, Jennifer announced her split via People as she said: "I'm sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone.

"While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters. I ask for privacy for our family as we amicably move forward."

Sylvester addressed the break-up with a short statement which read: "I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues."

Days before the filing, it was reported Sylvester had a tattoo of his wife covered up with a picture of Rocky's bull mastiff dog called Butkus from the hit movie series.

But, the pair have since been able to work out their differences.

Shortly before their reconciliation, a court document filed to Palm Beach Country, Florida court revealed the pair agreed "that it is in the best interests of each of them individually, and more importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable and private manner out-of-court".

The Hollywood actor also posted a photo of himself and Jennifer holding hands on his Instagram, sparking hopes they had got back together, before they confirmed they had kissed and made up.

As he shared the image, he captioned it with: "Wonderful".

Sylvester and Jennifer married in May 1997 and share three children together; Sophie, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20. Sylvester also has a son named Seargeoh, 43, with ex Sasha Crack.

The actor also had son Sage Stallone, with his ex Sasha, but he died at age 36 in 2012.
