With the pandemic continuing to affect travel plans plenty of Brits are choosing to take a holiday in the UK this year.
But that means hotels and cottages are being booked up quickly, particularly in busy tourist spots along the coast.

The discounts are up to 10 per cent off on many listing on its site, with savings of hundreds of pounds on some properties, as the Mirror reports.
Whether you're after a family holiday or romantic break for two there's plenty to choose from on the site including a cottage in Northumberland that sleeps four from £449 (a saving of £401).
Others include a post office cottage in Staffordshire from £374 (a saving of £204), which sleeps three, and a lodge in Cornwall which sleeps four from £773 (a saving of £476).
The sale is running until August 29, with bookings available until the end of September, or you can look for dates later in 2020 and early 2021.
If you're able to travel outside of the school term then you'll be able to bag yourself a cheaper break as prices typically drop during this time.
