A four car collision on the Sydenham Bypass has been cleared.
The crash occurred at the turn off to Belfast City Airport and had blocked off two lanes with delays back to Knocknagoney.
A commuter told Belfast Live: "Both lanes are blocked up because of this so cars are having to drive up the hard shoulder to get pass."
A PSNI spokesperson advised motorists to seek alternative routes at the time.
He said: "Motorists are advised to expect delays on the Sydenham Bypass citybound following a road traffic collision.
"The slip road to Belfast City airport citybound is closed. Please seek an alternative route and leave extra time for your travel."
