A 'swingers mansion' currently used as a hotel hosting adult parties is on the market for £2.2m.
Croydon Hall in Rodhuish, Somerset, has 15-bedrooms and an array of naughty additions including a 50 Shades of Grey-inspired Red Room.
The current set up was especially designed for kinky guests and boasts a number of cheeky additions including sex swings and chains on the beds.
There's also a spa, swimming pool and a bar for guests to enjoy, report the Sun .
The current owners have turned one of the rooms into a Red Room inspired by best selling novel 50 Shades of Grey, with red carpet, iron chains and a wooden bed.
Red velvet drapes hang from the ceiling and the walls are painted black.
Furry black and red pillows sit on the neatly made red bedspread in the official photos listed on Booking.com's website.
The gorgeous old building sits in stunning grounds which include a small outside pool surrounded by sun loungers.
There's also a dining room with wooden tables and a navy and open-brick bar.
The hotel is currently run by Exclusively Silks, and their website states: 'Anyone can be a swinger'.
The online description reads: "Croydon Hall in Minehead provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar.
"The units in the hotel are equipped with a kettle. At Croydon Hall all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a private bathroom.
