Sheffield United's £20m bid
Swansea City are "seriously considering" a second offer from Sheffield United for Oli McBurnie.
The Blades have returned with an offer totalling around £20million for the Scotland international after their initial £15million bid was rejected.
Swansea chiefs are believed to be mulling it over, with an acceptance that every player has their price amid the financial restructuring of the club following Premier League releagtion.
A source has told WalesOnline that a deal appears close to take McBurnie to Bramall Lane.
A fee of that magnitude could see head coach Steve Cooper reinvest cash in his squad for the new season.
Swans target West Brom teen?
Reports in the Daily Mail are linking Swansea with West Brom starlet Rayhaan Tulloch.
The 18-year-old is a target for both Liverpool and Brighton too, which would automatically put Swansea at the back of the queue.
But in South Wales he would be sure of game-time, especially if McBurnie were to leave for Yorkshire.
The forward has netted goals for England at under-16 and under-17 level and is highly rated by Hawthorns insiders.
Kasey Palmer chase
Swansea are hoping the Cooper factor will have a big say in the chase for Chelsea's Kasey Palmer.
The youngster has been on the radar since the head coach arrived, with Swansea's interest in the utility man said to be serious.
The Daily Mail report that the fact that Cooper worked with the 22-year-old with England should help them seal a deal.
But there is a snag, with Palmer wanting a permanent deal rather than a loan. Bristol City are also in the mix.
An offer of around £3.5million could see a transfer done.
