Monaco attacker Samuel Grandsir is attracting transfer interest from Swansea City.
The Swans have already added Morgan Gibbs-White and Jamal Lowe to their ranks this summer, although they are keen to further bolster their options at the business end of the pitch having lost Rhian Brewster in the summer.
The Liverpool striker appears increasingly unlikely to return to the Liberty Stadium, with Steve Cooper pursuing other forward options - including Brighton's Viktor Goykeres - with just weeks left of the transfer window remaining.
And it's understood Swansea are exploring the option of signing winger Grandsir on a season-long loan deal from French powerhouses Monaco.
A potential deal would include the option to make the loan move permanent next summer. However, the finances involved should prove to be a significant stumbling block as far as the Swans are concerned.
Sky Sports claim the Ligue 1 outfit would prefer to see the 24-year-old leave on a permanent basis.
Swansea's Championship rivals Derby County have also been credited with showing an interest in the winger.
However, it's understood the Swans are yet to make an official approach for Grandsir. The club's recruitment has been praised so far this summer, with one pundit declaring it the best in the Championship.
The former France Under-21 international spent the duration of last season on loan at Brest, scoring five times in his 26 appearances in all competitions for the club.
Grandsir started his professional career at Troyes but moved to Monaco in 2018, where he played in the Champions League.
He had a loan spell at Strasbourg prior to joining Brest.
It comes as Joel Asoro looks set to complete a season-long loan move to Serie A side Genoa.
