Daniel James is odds on with bookmakers to leave Swansea City in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a rapid rise under Graham Potter this season while he made his mark on the international stage by scoring the winner in Wales' Euro 2020 qualifying victory over Slovakia.
He came agonisingly close to joining Leeds United during the January transfer window, and Marcelo Bielsa's side could well renew their interest in James following the conclusion of the 2018/19 campaign.
And Oddschecker are offering odds of 8/11 for James to leave the Swans this summer, with the same firm offering 1/1 for the Welshman to remain at the Liberty Stadium.
Leeds are the 4/1 favourites to be James' next club if he does leave the Swans while bookmakers also have the Whites' fellow Championship promotion hopefuls Norwich City (8/1) and Sheffield United (8/1) in the mix to sign the versatile winger.
Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek said: “Leeds came so close the signing the Welsh speedster in January, and will be hoping that his eye-catching form since doesn’t price them out of a move.
"It’s maybe a surprise that they are still favourites ahead of Norwich and Sheffield United given that they are now the outsider of the three for promotion.”
