Suzuki gives Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance a boost

SUZUKI is helping to keep Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) on the move with the donation of a Vitara SUV.

The branded vehicle from the Japanese car maker will be used by charity staff and volunteers as they take their fundraising and life-saving message across the country. SCAA spokesman Nick Harvey said the Vitara SZ-T model would prove a real workhorse for the charity.

He said: “With the imminent launch of our second helicopter seeing us operate from both Perth and Aberdeen airports, our staff and volunteers find themselves travelling further and more often.

“Having a high-profile mode of transport such as this is a huge boost and we can’t thank Suzuki enough for their generous support.”

Suzuki’s Alun Parry said: “We hope the Vitara SZ-T will help further raise the charity’s profile and more funds for an invaluable service. Suzuki is pleased to give something back from the motor industry.”
