Suzanne Jackson returns to Malahide to care for her sick dog after recent move to Portugal

Suzanne Jackson surprised fans by returning home to Ireland just weeks after her relocation to Portugal with her husband Dylan O’Connor.

The Irish mogul revealed that she opted to return to her Malahide abode to care for her sick pup Coco, taking to Instagram with a snap of her adorable Yorkie saying: “Woke in Ireland…

“Unfortunately Coco hasn’t been well so that delayed us bringing the dogs to Portugal.”

She added: “She’s not well again so I came home for a bit. I’ll be on chatting later x.”

Just last month, the couple decided to make a temporary move to Portugal amid Covid-19, reassuring her followers that all necessary precautions had been taken for them to relocate to the popular holiday hotspot.

On May 10, Suzanne wrote: “I wanted to let you all know that myself and Dylan have decided to go ahead with our decision to relocate to Portugal.

“We have taken all necessary precautions to get here safely and will continue to follow Portuguese Covid guidelines and restrictions while we reside here."

After reams of questions from fans about the fate of their Dublin mansion, the 34-year-old clarified that they would be holding on to their Irish home, and would be living between Ireland and Portugal for a period of time.

Suzanne also told fans she would reveal why they decided to make the move once they had settled in and that they were securing a new rental property so their three dogs could join them.

“We’re going to be living here a couple of months of the year, a couple of months in Ireland," she said.

“It is looking very exciting for myself and Dylan to be out here for potentially six months of the year, six months of the year in Ireland. That’s what we’re looking at.

“We haven’t decided on the exact length of time. But we’re definitely here for the rest of the summer.”

She added: “Obviously, I have work commitments, including TV and SOSUbySJ".

“Yes, the doggies are not here. But they are on their way.

“We have to make sure that the house was doggie proof, in the sense that they couldn’t escape.

“We had to get all the gardens boxed off to make sure they couldn’t get out anywhere.”
