A suspected rapist has been named after a woman was attacked in her sleep.
Cheshire Police have named a man who was arrested and charged on suspicion of two counts of rape and one count of burglary. Petrus-Ionut Apostoae, 24, of Gorsey Lane in Warrington was arrested on Monday, November 5 and has since been charged.
Apostoae has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday, November 7. The charges relate to an incident at an address on Orford Lane on Sunday, October 2.

It was reported a stranger entered a home on the road and raped a woman who was sleeping inside.
