Suspected paedophile pounces on girl, 7, after being left alone in lift with her

A man has been caught on camera sexually assaulting a terrified young girl after getting into a lift alone with her.

The alleged attacker, identified as lawyer Nguyen Huu Linh, is seen in CCTV pouncing on the seven-year-old girl as the door shut.

The clip begins as the little girl can be seen walking into the lift with a security guard who pressed button for her in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on Monday, April 1.

She was followed in by the man, who pinned her against the wall and began kissing her after the doors closed.

After breaking free, he repeatedly grabbed the girl, holding her body against him as she waited for the door to open.

She ran out and slipped over before telling her family what had just happened.
